Marriage/Couples and Relationship Counseling.

Each person in a relationship is to complement the other, not complete the other.

We are all broken in one way or another. As we become aware of relationship dynamics, it is important to be aware of how self-respect allows relationships to grow. Counsel For Hope offers guidance and direction in navigating the complexities of relational dynamics. This includes helping married couples discover and reclaim the oneness that is available for their marriage through communication, empathic understanding, and forgiveness. Relationships are not in a vacuum, and examining relationships holistically, understanding the individuals involved and the environment, allows for growth through awareness, action, and healing.

Children/Family Counseling

We believe that children and teens grow and heal best when parents are actively involved in the counseling process. Family interpersonal interactions are actively explored and addressed and new skills and communication techniques are developed within the family structure. Some areas that we help guide in include:

  • Anxiety (phobias, OCD, social anxiety, panic)
  • Depression
  • Bullying
  • Abuse
  • Anger
  • Blended families
  • ADHD
  • Self-harm
  • Sibling rivalry
  • Self-esteem
  • Children of divorce
